Pros
If you are upstairs, yeah you get free lunch and drinks (not if you are a production worker). And you get paid. That's it.
Cons
Where to start. Benefits are horrible, no perks other than that free lunch. If you are expecting to be trained on your job, think again. You will have to learn it with no direction. And that's how this company is managed, with no direction. No one has the same answer for the same question. No SOP or SOW. So you just have to figure it out. They will tell you they want you to take the job and make it your own, lies. They want you to learn how they do it (which is a mess) and continue to do that (without them telling you what that mess is). Even if it makes no sense, 20 steps to go 1, and is the most inefficient way of doing things. Don't ask for help or for them to train you, they're too busy (yes I was told that). How they have been in business for 20 years, is beyond me. From other reviews on here, the good ones are probably mgmt and not a real review. The ones that are not 5 stars, probably spot on. Apply at your own risk and know that you are most likely going somewhere that will not give you anything that you can use to grow as an employee and continue career. There is no investment in the employee here. If reference to another post about speeding to the future, this company is so far behind the times, its ridiculous. If there are methods of work, training, leadership, etc that have been proven to be effective - they are not using it. The systems/methods they use are archaic. But dear god, don't ask them to change it. I was told "this how we have always done it."
