      What A Mess! Revolving Door - Will be out of business within 18 months

      Some decent hard working people; paycheck clears

      Cons

      Where to start? Management is horrible - no integrity, unprofessional, if they aren't lying they are cryptic. The only thing they are good at is hiring and firing employees. New products are vaporware. No graphics, no documentation, no clear process. Amazing anybody buys anything new from them. They limp along on a legacy installed base.

      Good salary, Hard working friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Dysfunctional knee-jerk very bad management. Long hours, Never ending crises. Development managers still think they are developers and second guess trivial things. Most fun development is done off shore; leaving stateside developers cleaning up hastily written poorly conceived and executed code. Movius does not properly equip developers with tools to do the job.

      Pros

      To gain the skills and the knowledge in the telecommunications industries. This company was a good place to start but not too good as a place to serve in the long term. When you become comfortable with your skills and knowledge suitable for another company large r than IP Unity Glenayre, it’s time to move on.

      Cons

      Disorganized development of applications, which caused the customer dissatisfactions. The upper level you go along with the management lines, the less sensitive their treatments are with the market outside of North America. Considering India just as a labor camp despite it is so attractive as a market to compete.
