      Pros

      The company is in a state of growth - a lot of potential under new investors. The people are easy to work with with and my manager has set a clear growth path for me. Having worked at the company for over 6 years, it's come a long way since I started and we have a clear vision and goals with new leadership. I would recommend this place to work if you like fast-paced environments.

      Cons

      Growing comes with pains. All manageable but we are all learning to work in a newly merged business.

      My short but sweet time at INX

      Pros

      1) Loads of flexibility for work life balance. 2) 95% of people are nice. 3) Decent Salary. 4) Work events and free food pretty much every week, 5) Awesome HR department. 6) The CEO is a good man, that means well, always keen for a chat, and actually listens. 7) 100% WFH. 8) Decent offices, latest technology. 9) Exposure to all kinds of industries. 10) Location good, bus station right outside the front entrance. 11) Shower and Bike rack facility. 12) Trips to Sydney and Kalgoorlie for sales team.

      Cons

      1) No soul. 2) The company needs a story, a reason for existing that staff members (in particular sales people) can get behind. 3) The company needs a genuine mission statement that its stands by and one that aligns with the values of the organisation. 4) Too many applications, Aptus, Slack, Confluence, Hubspot, Salesforce, Sharepoint, etc. 5) Stop referring to different members of staff as the "ELT" or "SLT".
