      Pros

      Non favourable staff is nice and friendly.

      Cons

      Management is biased, unreasonable and heartless. Don't like the culture and environment. Double standard, treatment to different staff is too obvious. Higher increment for favorable staff who bootlick them. Their favourable staff talk bad behind them and among themselves too. A 2-faced and toxic environment indeed.

      None that I can see except a small cubicle.

      Cons

      You get a bunch of outdated old boys who think they are better than everyone. The culture is toxic and it is not somewhere that is “open”. Very conservative and ethically disgusting. I cannot say how much I loathed working here. Expect the old boys to work you to the bone while they golf. The office manager is a hack who can’t sell insurance. Half the office should retire because the industry has passed them by ten years ago. Just a small agency trying to pretend they are big. Time to sell to someone who knows how to be profitable.
