Pros

Positive and collaborative work culture. Supportive colleagues and approachable management. Good learning environment, especially for freshers.

Cons

Hired for engineering tasks, but haven’t been assigned any even after almost 2 years. Initial promise of doing drafting for 6–8 months hasn’t been kept — still doing only drafting. Discussed this concern with my seniors so many times but no action has been taken.

Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunities to learn and grow across disciplines. Collaborative culture with access to senior leadership. Creative freedom and involvement in diverse design projects. A good place for early-career professionals to gain exposure.

Cons

Recognition is difficult unless you consistently go above and beyond. Seniors may unintentionally overshadow the contributions of junior team members.
