      Pros

      INEOS has provided me a great opportunity to learn as well as well as gain experience in my field. They have excellent benefits as compared with other companies plus still give great raises and bonuses yearly. Their 401k has even been nominated several times for awards. I have really enjoyed working here-great work/life balance as not much late nights required.

      Cons

      Because of each business is separate, there is not much room to transfer between the businesses although it does occur if the business units are close in proximity. Also as of late, they have a tendency to want people to relocate and you will get severed if you are unable to due to spouse's employment etc.

      Stuck in the dark ages

      Pay is OK Ambitious staff, decent opportunities if you want to commit your full life to your career and have no work life balance.

      Cons

      Culture is terrible, the company is stuck in the dark ages, full time back in the office in this day and age is appalling. It felt like I was back in school, terrible flexibility, very limited work from home, felt like there was no trust. Work life balance was therefore terrible. The FC just wanted his team in to impress the people above him, but people resented the management because of this and staff turnover was quite high and they could no longer hire the best staff available in finance as people didn't want to work in the office full time. What's the point in coming into the office every single day just to go for a coffee break every hour and waste half the day chatting to people about pointless stuff.

      Excellent benefits: Top tier health insurance and 401k plan ; good bonus program; excellent work life balance. Company sponsors several fitness events/activities and even pay for employees fitness training plan. Motivated owner who is always investing in the company; Great people to work with overall

      Cons

      I made the difficult decision to leave after 9 years due to limited growth. The company has lots of advancement opportunities that always go to the in-crowd folks. Stay especially away from the BMC - Laporte site; it's the worst. Ops manager thinks he is god and everyone including HR complies with whatever he said.
