      great work environment and smart people modernizing age-old industries with systems and architecture.

      Cons

      could use a little more diversity in their teams but it is definitely something they are working on.

      Pros

      The people here have big brains but small egos. Every contribution is valued and every employee has an opportunity to be heard. Respect for employees permeates everything the company does, making it a great place to work. It's also a pleasure to represent a product that clients are so ecstatic to use.

      Cons

      It's sometimes tough not having the same name recognition as some of the big companies in our market, and having clients spread all over North America can make it challenging to build personal relationships with them.
