The management always tried to engage you in politics so that they can track each and every information about every employees. They always encourage to have discussion of your personal life instead of professional growth. Only management can have fun with female employees or even relationships (situationship), you if you try to do such, you will get humiliated Infront of everyone on any irrelevant topic or may have to face a lot of work pressure. Neither company wants to grow nor they want employees to grow.

This company have a lot of Pros so there is no cons as per my experience.
