Narrow field of work (specialized for single business field) Slow pace and no responsibility Well organized Sufficient workforce Nobody cares if you are bad at what you do
Cons
Nepotism and lack of basic ethics with most of the management politically active Strict time management with forced unpaid overtime (breaking the working contract) Overall mostly uneducated workforce with no ambition for any change Fake, paid certificates (mamforce, employer partner, dadforce ...) No ability for remote work (exception is Plavi tim, they would otherwise all leave the company) Nobody actually cares about the result and quality of work Plenty of incompetent asskissers contributing to a somewhat toxic atmosphere Advancing in career not based on competencies at all
