      Pros

      Like owning a boat, the best days were the first and the last. Visiting and working with hospitals away from the headquarters can be rewarding. Many great, talented people have worked here, and most moved on quickly to better cultures.

      Cons

      At the Alpharetta headquarters: Neurotic culture from the top. Very high turnover rate. Few career opportunities - flat organization and near zero opportunity to move up. Company business growth is stagnate at best.

      Pros

      Excellent, Hard-Working Employees. Good Location.

      Cons

      Senior management does not appreciate their employees. No procedures or processes are in place. Reactive rather than pro-active management. Employees live in fear of losing their jobs on a daily basis. Employees are often bullied or talked about by management to other employees. HR rules don't seem to apply here. Reviews rarely or never done. Employees can go years without a raise.

      Good Benefits. Nice office. Ample parking.

      Cons

      Everything else. No training and no promoting from within. Executives expect you to bow down to them. They allow other employees to bully you with zero consequences. If you do not participate in the Holiday decorating nonsense, they will punish you. They let their consultant treat you like garbage. Always walking on eggshells in that place. Management will accuse you of things that never happened. HR in this place stands for Hell Relocated here. It is a joke.
