They claim to value their employees but it’s just platitudes, don’t fall for it. They don’t allow for any narratives that lose them money. They didn’t want to pay me like a team leader, so they simply refused to acknowledge that I was training countless people with higher titles than me. They want you to be content but will not allow any room for development.
