      Fast-paced environment but lacks advancement and safety

      high-volume , fast-paced, exposure to diverse backgrounds, executive leaders are great humans

      Cons

      no advancement opportunities, leaders who don't take action to ensure service coordinators are treated similarly across locations, exposed to dangerous people (work released prisoners) continuously with no protections
