      - Friendly bunch of people - Variety of projects on offer - Healthy support management and HR support system - Frequent drinks party and free lunches - Short performance feedback cycles

      Cons

      - Its a very nice place to work. No cons meriting its mention in a public forum.

      Pros

      Good people and Culture , there are a lot to learn there.

      Cons

      You will be hired and paid as full time employee while to them you are like a contractor, as soon as they cannot find a client you will be made redundant.

      I’m so sorry you feel this way. This isn’t IMA’s intention at all. We value every person working for us, and have all intentions of developing the company, and want everyone to succeed. We don’t look at anyone as a contractor, you are part of IMA’s core. Unfortunately, in the NSW office, the redundancies were caused by circumstances beyond our control. This was a very sad day for all.
