      Pros

      No pros to mention, they talk sweet but actions are nefarious.

      Cons

      Worst company, non-compete clause is the most nefarious clause that binds you to this company, no payment of salary on time, worst marketing team.

      Pros

      Interview process was quick. For the most part, the bi-weekly payroll was on time.

      Cons

      When I moved to the Instructor position, IIT did not help me at all collecting back pay that was owed to me. It was very frustrating and I let them know that. When the contract was over, they did not give me a requested "Letter/Memo of Termination".

      Non-Compete/Non-Solicitation

      Pros

      Not letting me to work with another HBITS Vendor.

      Cons

      There are 20 HBITS Vendors and IIT Inc is one of them who provides resources to New York State Agencies on BID system. I finished my 2 year contract with IIT Inc. and I wanted to move to another HBITS vendor on different project with more money but they are not letting me. As per IIT, I have signed non-Compete and Non-Solicitation agreement which does not allow me to work with another vendor for different project. Unfortunately, I have to stay with them on same pay because I can not afford to hire a attorney to fight back.

      We appreciate your concern, but this clause was disclosed prior to your start, and should not come as a surprise. This type of clause is a standard in the industry. When our firm places you with a client, it is only fair that we require your future renewal also be through us. If you were in our shoes, you would take a similar stance.
