IILM University is a great college for college life exposure plus oppurtunities are there if anyone try to work hard they can get good opputunities.
Cons
Companies do come but at the end of the academic year only.

Location is fine , near the metro station, salary is on time.
Cons
Low salary , scope of increment is very low , the top management still believes in the outdated notions of 'hire and fire'. Infrastructure is very inferior , the teachers are rammed into a big hall , there is zero culture for research. only the sycophants are able to get good salary , worst library , zero transparency.
