Supportive teammates and team leader. Clean and green environment. Very less work pressure. Fixed working hours. Unlimited earning potential.

Cons

Sometimes, discord can be seen in different departments. Lack of appreciation and motivation. Efforts are not valued, only results are valued. Some employees are good enough but lazy at the same time so it takes a lot of time to resolve a particular problem.
