Awesome regional Employment Firm providing an impactful staffing solution for local and regional client companies. Great, family-style company culture based on teamwork and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. Opportunities for advancement if you work hard and remain loyal to the company's interests and needs. Compensates their employees well.

Cons

The company, as well as the industry, takes a certain type of personality - it is not for everyone! If you just want to show up, do the bare minimum, clock in and clock out, then this is not the company or industry for you. Only other con - sometimes internal communication between offices can be a little inconsistent.
