Decent benefits, some interesting initiatives, flexibility, overall work is not demanding/difficult

Cons

Mandatory 3 days in office when full remote would suffice, pay bands seems stuck pre-COVID (compensation should match inflation), speaking of compensation pay is generally low especially if you have skills, management is slow to change (partially not their fault this is a not-for-profit association with rules)
