      Commission Colleagues Management Social and networking events Open opportunities to speak with Directors on all matters. The opportunities to grow and develop personally and professionally

      Cons

      Nothing springs to mind. Maybe more up to date technology i.e IMacs and iPads. And maybe updated mobile phones yearly.
