Overseas contract companies to do so much of the work, however the quality and accuracy of work is very below acceptable standards resulting in US based employees wasting so much time/resources cleaning up the mess. Unqualified employees are moved to positions they are incapable of preforming successfully. Incompetency is weaponized. HR will coddle and protect the incompetent while punishing managers for attempting to improve the team. Despite repeated training and re-trainings, some employees were still incapable to complete the job requirements as they do not have the skills/ability to perform, and HR will refuse to support the manager. Life/Work balance is non-existent. They refuse to hire the resources to complete the tasks however expect current employees to work very long hours and weekends to make up for it. Fifteen to sixteen-hour days are commonplace. When you bring this to your manager, the manager will say "oh no, that's not sustainable" but will still refuse to hire the needed personnel. When tasks "fall through the cracks", you will get scolded and told to "fix it". Employees are allowed to call their managers names and yell at them. When my manager went to their boss, all the Sr. Manager did was go to HR and both the Sr. Manager and HR scolded the manager instead of the belligerent employee. I'll be leaving as soon as I get another job. Calling this place toxic is the understatement of the century.
