      Hardworking and passionate people but a terribly run organization

      Pros

      The vast majority of employees are wildly smart and interesting people who are dedicated to making the world a better place.

      Cons

      Leadership is a mess. The current CEO is a smart person and good human rights lawyer who has no business operating an international nonprofit. C suite leadership is ineffective across the board. Verbal abuse was rampant during my time there and HR was incredibly incompetent and often sided with the abuser.
