      Pros

      More or less adequate compensation and benefits, work/life balance sometimes even relaxing. That's it.

      Cons

      Absolutely demotivating, unprofessional, and hopeless place, dead-end for the career. Very few opportunities to achieve any marketable skills or tangible raise unless you're somehow related to management. Spending there more than one year is a waste of time, and a straight way to degradation.
