Pros
Ample parking in the back lot.
Cons
A true succubus for potential talent, where the monotony and futility of your day to day activities can break even the most driven employees. Workers at ICONICS become zombies, at peace with mediocrity within months of working there. I've never been exposed to such nonchalance in the face of a pressing release, followed by extremely high moments of stress, coupled with lack of communication with customers and about as much enthusiasm as a cadaver for their faulty software. Lackadaisical, uncommunicative upper management acts as a catalyst for a psychotic and selfish CEO, who allows HR to take advantage of under-qualified employees by forcing them to learn programs not featured on their resumes. Fraudulent interview process where the interviewers leave out potentially deterring information about the available positions. Completely futile human resources department that wouldn't help their own grandmother cross the street. One of the worst training programs imaginable. A hostile boys club through and through, led by a human resources nightmare who at any other company would be disciplined. Hopeless documentation files, held together with metaphorical duct tape, that would only cost the company 120 dollars a month to upgrade. Truly, an awful experience.
