      Pros

      This company takes Faith-Family-Work to heart. Wonderful people to work with. All want to see company and employees achieve. Many chances for advancement and wonderful support for all. Family activities so that co-workers can meet others family.

      Working at ICM I felt like went back in time 10 years. The technology is very old, the processes are very backwards and complicated for no good reason. Decision making was almost non-existent and when decisions were made they were based off of emotions and public image and not based on what is best for business. It seemed like everyone was just collecting a paycheck and not trying to do anything challenging or innovative. Modern technology was not welcomed and technologies being used were used in the wrong way making things more complicated.

      ICM & ERI, not all they are cracked up to be

      Pros

      work was steady and they used to have a corner on the market sort of so there was a lot of work and plenty of overtime. i didn't know why we had so much work but i found out later it was because of greenshift extraction.

      Cons

      they downsized and ICM is like a ghost town now and my job went away. they just went around axing people. to get more money to come in ICM started a small company just down the road from them called ERI solutions so they could claim it was a diff company when they go to customers and pretend they are there to audit or inspect plants built by ICM.
