Lots of cons: 1) overall very old management style (typical old uncle types) which is concerned about themselves only not caring about whole team 2) No official communication with respect to any changes.. just informal talks so plan according to informal talks 3) Very toxic work environment with very little to no appreciation to work instead u'll be scolded for petty small things 4) Very less compensation in comparisons to responsibilities 5) worst of all HR.... not at all attentive and doesn't even reply face to face or on mails 6) Even HR policies are not at all employee friendly all are made in such a way that it'll ultimately benefit organization. You might even end up paying to company for employment... XDXD LOL 7) worst of all all above cons starts to show gradually with all positive faces in beginning 8) Impractical work approach with just one way as right with everyone older than you spilling their work on you despite fact that work is not even remotely related to you. 9) Issues while taking leaves and too much personal interference in personal life 10) I assure you wont be working as a qualified professional here rather than a paid slave.
