Pretty much everything. The equipment is made by Dahua based in china. Have a high failure rate. Technical management team is very abysmal, and treats their staff very poorly. They pay salary w/no overtime pay. They do not pay techs what their worth. They lowball highly skilled techs w/a lot of experience w/very low salary, while they pay techs that do not have barely any experience & skills more money than the highly skilled & experience w/a decent salary. And those techs who put in the most work do not get any respect & are constantly ridiculed for no reason what so ever. On top of that, they have a ridiculous t-shirt rule for the tech department like red shirt mondays & blue shirt thursdays. And if you do not have either of those colors on a monday or a thursday they will deduct $50 of your check which is a complete joke IMHO. At times, the technical management team constantly are discriminating the Hispanic technicians on a regular basis. On top of that, some people in the company excrete fecal matter where they digest nutritions.
