Pros

None per se. Work is pretty laid back more than half the people (60-70%) in the company are non-value adds and non-performers. The Company provides MSDN subscriptions for full-timers, which I think most of the companies do nowadays. They did start a work from home policy(1 day a week) recently.

Cons

Don't expect to implement or suggest any new technologies, tools or process improvement methods. You will be shot down. All you have to do to get up the ladder is suck up to the supervisors and managers. Who themselves are not qualified enough to be at that position. Everyone above the position of developers have big egos and finicky attitudes. They themselves can't remember what they said in the last meeting and change there ideas quickly with only one goal to try to impress their seniors. No employee welfare or benefits. Quarterly meetings are a farce and it is only a hogwash. Too many team members in a team with really no substantial projects available.

Pros

good technology being used.... that is about it... I couldn't find anything else good about this company...

Cons

some Managers are literally bullying their employees. employees are treated like school students. no consideration of any reasonable demands by employees yet their expectation of their employees are sky high with no compensation. a great violation of the law forcing employee to work way over 40 hours sometimes without any pay. they don't like it when you ask for overtime hours works to be taken during the week off (some managers). lack of management and organization... hours and hours in meeting spent discussing stupid things that could have been resolved in half the time spent. lack of professionalism ... no true training provided... lack of direction... inconsistency, and the list goes on and on... and yes one more thing... way below the market salaries................
