      Pros

      You will be assigned various development tasks, allowing you to learn at your own pace or seek support from your colleagues. With a wide range of projects to work on, you'll always find something engaging. Additionally, a mid-year evaluation will be conducted where management not only reviews your performance but also discusses your goals and helps shape a clear path for your future career development.

      Cons

      Kinda traffic when going to ortigas. I wish it is full WFH setup. They are currently in hybrid setup.

      My experience as a developer at IA Innovations was great because I was able to learn new skills and technologies. In IA Innovations, I've met some of the most talented people in our industries. It's also given me the opportunity to further my career development. My memorable event was when we went tree planting in Laiban Tanay, Rizal and we were able to share some fun and supplies with the children of dumagat tribe.
