Have not hit forecast since 2012, yet it keeps going up every year. Everyone is saddled with unrealistic and virtually unachievable sales figures. You are set up to fail! There is no support once a sale is made, the customer comes last. The company is owned by Actuant which is a holding company. Actuant is the customer, not the guy who buys a product or service. Stockholders, stock price, and hitting a number are all that matters. There is none, zero long term or even mid term thinking or planning. Short term, immediate results are what matters. Management is a joke. There is a reason why they can't hit any numbers going on 3+ years under this management team. No planning, no investment, not open to ideas, not willing to change to meet customer needs or to think strategically. There is constant employee churn. Any potential good talent is run out if numbers are not met within 3-6 months. There is a reason why most of the hand picked college grads that went through the Actuant sales program and then chose to work for Hydratight are no longer there! Good choice to move on! Stay Away! This is a REALLY poorly managed company that is not innovative, not forward thinking, and does not care about serving customers, only Actuant and shareholders.
