      Pros

      Its a good job with many benefits. Has many good people and has been a great place to work for. Also was good enough to give me another chance to get to work there.

      Cons

      It's pay isn't all that great. It takes alot to get in there. Also doesn't give a whole lot of hours.

      Very flexible hours. Can take off and make up hours or do a core hour change. Good people to work with. Laid back environment

      Cons

      Yearly review raises are usually 3%. Hard to move up in the company.
