Totally lack of respect for people. If you are not friends with the old management you have zero chances to succeed, and even get a feedback on things you were never responsible for. HR leadership does not have a clue on what they are doing. Hire people from other counties and fire them out of nowhere with lame excuses in less than 6 months. CEO is a joke and only talks to his friend group and only his friend group get promoted. Every couple of months he chooses a scape goat, make the life of the person miserable, talks sh** in the market, put a Red Cross in their backs and eventually fire them with not a chance to recover. Lay offs started in secret last year and they still brought people from other places to UAE just to report numbers and fire them. No stander policies for lay offs, some people leave with lots of advantages (the friends, of course) and others with visa being canceled next day. Avoid it or you will take a few steps back in your career and will burn out fast. It is just horrible!

Ever since I started there, I have seen layoffs very often. They casually fire people for no reason. The inability to manage the business is the fault of the top management not the employees. Most people join this company expecting a good career, but what happens is that they loose the job after few months when the management changes (which happens every now and then since no one wants to stay there). I am pretty sure that the 5 star ratings are given by current employees by request from the company. there is no way anyone gives 5 star for this company. My advise to anyone planning to join here, please stay away. you can definitely find much better place.
