Pros
- Insurance is descent. BCBS with competitive premiums and coverage - Paid time off is accumulated quickly and management is understanding when requesting time off - The company will pay for any product training classes or required licenses
Cons
- Starting pay is awful ($10-12, even with experience) - Raises are seldom given by management - The work load is overwhelming and unevenly spread out between technicians. - Being a family owned and operated business, most employees are related, meaning there is never a shortage of work place drama and favoritism - Management and HR tend to ignore employee issues and disputes, even recommending that the employees take care of the issues themselves
