Business outlook
Pros
The non-management employees are nice and great to work with. Pay is mediocre - there are much better options in the Cincinnati area.
Cons
The owner/CEO is incredibly tight with the buck and only looks at short-term profits. Complete smoke and mirrors where they are trying to seem like a large corporation to the customers --- when there are actually only a handful of people working here. Very understaffed and can never get products to the customer on time.
