Pros

They provide decent benefits with a salary that’s reasonable

Cons

I have never worked for such a manipulative CMO & CEO before in my life. Nothing matters if revenue is down… they will come after you and find a reason to fire you (or make you fire someone) to improve the bottom line and worst of all leadership takes no accountability for any of it whatsoever. I’m not writing this review as a disgruntled employee, although I am well aware with how this looks. I’m writing this so no one makes the same mistake I did. Don’t be fooled by a few friendly faces during the interview process… everything will change after 6 months. Oh and the 4 star rating & CEO rating is all BS …. They literally had us all write positive reviews so the bad ones would get covered up. 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 You can do better. Let this be your sign to never work here. The turnover rate says it all. If you end up accepting a job here don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Pros

i liked my coworkers a lot.

Cons

the reviews written in the fall of 2021 were asked to be written. they're not real. any negative feedback on glassdoor is rare because this company has been known to retaliate. that's all i'll say about that.

Pros

The product is high quality and can truly make a difference in people's lives. Team is small which means you have the potential for building a resume or projects for a portfolio quickly. Most people in the company are genuinely nice.

Cons

There are only about 20 people in the office, but turnover is high. If your performance doesn't live up to expectations (whatever that means), they will replace you...and likely already have your successor lined up when they do so. This is terrible for employee morale and the anxiety it creates discourages people from sticking around for too long. It's difficult to find your place in the team. There are a few queen bees who call the shots and get things done by bullying those around them. There's little structure or order to the project management which results in constantly running from fire to fire. The retail marketing cycle means lots of work to be done during the holidays. The work itself could potentially be interesting, but I found that when I was constantly scared for my job, the anxiety paralyzed me into creating subpar work.
