Too many to list. It's incredibly concerning the way this place is run. Too much shady stuff going on. And don't ask questions unless you want to lose your job.

Growth opportunity. Working with animals. Good paid time off

Cons

This org promotes self sacrifice in employees and rewards those who can put more time into work then live their life. Upper management plays favorites up to the vice president level. More common than not to see managers stay very late to support workflow while higher ups do minimal on their salary. Always understaffed and over worked.
