Pros

Work from home, but it's not really a pro because it's not accompanied by flex hours. Pay isn't bad and they'll pay for 100% health insurance premium. You could do real basic, shoddy work and milk them for a paycheck and they wouldn't notice.

Cons

- You start the day stating what you're thankful for like it's a church or Thanksgiving dinner. - Account managers have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Don't understand industry vernacular. Stress out about every client's concern. Won't communicate sync, everything must be async through the CRM tool. - No emphasis on modern design, UX, CRO, or conversion paths. - You won't be doing high-level work. If you try, they won't understand and just cause more problems than solutions. - Doesn't use modern PM software. Insistent on remaining with the owner's husband's awful CRM which isn't designed for PM. A free Trello account would be better. Avoid this place like the plague. It's basically just a side project for the owner to stay busy in retirement and most of the clients are her friends. You won't be doing SEO here. You'll just be ripping off clients with some awful blog posts and calling it organic.

Pros

Work from home is the only pro

Cons

Shady management, I was let go before the holidays because the company lost 4 clients. Suddenly they didn’t like my design style anymore. I went from being their “best designer” to begging for work on a daily basis. I wasn’t given a warning nor time to improve. Suddenly they didn’t like my work and I was out the door. Management talks to you like a friend but in reality they are just building a case against you.

Pros

Flexible Schedule: Working remotely means I can juggle work and personal stuff with ease. It's been a game-changer for my work-life balance. Variety of Projects: There's always something new to work on, which keeps things exciting and helps me learn a lot about digital marketing. Great Team Collaboration: Even though we’re remote, we stay connected through video calls and chat. Learning Opportunities: The company offers plenty of chances to grow, like online courses and workshops. It's awesome for building my skills.

Cons

Communication Hiccups: Remote work is usually great but sometimes lack of clear communication leads to misunderstandings or delays. It takes a bit more effort to keep things clear.
