Pros
Some of the partners especially those that came from bigger companies where good to work with and very knowledgeable.
Cons
Very clicky and awful bullies have joined the company from another firm. The residential conveyancing department sadly moved from another firm and those staff especially the women came over with bad attitudes and are bullies if you are not part of the clan. There is no diversity in the office and no progression especially if you not part of the clan or if your face doesn't fit in with the rest.
