      Get a very clear understanding of social services and transitional housing while supporting the community.

      Very strict scheduling, expected to come in whether sick or not. Generally no one to cover shift.

      I had my own office.

      Cons

      At one point they instructed us to leave everything at the door when coming to work using the example “ if you’re getting a divorce don’t bring that bad mood into work” which is crazy when you’re trying to build a community that is supporting people during some of the hardest points in their life.
