      Pros

      Opportunity to learn basic work processes. Friendly relationships with some colleagues.

      Cons

      Salaries were not paid on time. HR was unprofessional and did not handle employee concerns fairly. Office politics and favoritism affected the work environment. Gossip about employees created a negative workplace culture. Poor communication between management and employees. Lack of transparency in decision-making. No appreciation and support for employees.

      Owner fools the employee before they join the job , no proper service for employees, few people are worst in company, specially developer Named Shrikanth he doesn’t have a proper communication , no salary given on time,Owner Ram Pratap unnecessary deducts the salary of employee by making nonsense rules , no washroom for employee, it’s a shop not a company
