Pros
a friendly place to work for the most part. Provides Health insurance at a reasonable cost as well as personal days, accumulating 1 hour per week, and vacation after 1 year with a 3 week maximum.
Cons
Upper management does not care about the employees except for their "dream team" of engineers. No raises for the hourly employees. Management treats the employees like grade school kids, and thinks that an occasional lunch or ice cream for meeting sales goals is acceptable. The owner thinks that they can hire someone off of the street to perform just about any job within the company with minimal training.
