Pros

The flexible schedule is great, and the clinical supervisors are always helpful and knowledgeable. There is a lot of autonomy as a case manager.

Cons

Terrible benefits-expensive, high deductibles, minimal coverage; incentive program was great until it wasn't-it was cut by more than half to accommodate less productive case managers while the case managers who ARE productive lost money creating zero incentive to get units (basically work just as hard as before and lose hundreds of dollars-ridiculous); management is not supportive and is unfair. It's all about favoritism not the work you do.

Pros

Will hire almost anyone--desperate because they've driven away their employees

Cons

Executives destroy their own programs, cover for each other, treat their employees with disdains top allowing and openly practice harassment and retaliation

Pros

Flexible hours, my direct supervisor is awesome, coworkers are helpful (SOME)

Cons

Unethical company, ONE PERCENT RAISE ANNUALLY, yes you heard me correctly you are given a ONE percent raise annually, you are not given a performance raise. You have to remember that at Hope Network, they are "about the employee," HAHA ya right. It's a joke, it really is. You get paid very little money, and I work in the corporate office. You are expected to do your work, and then make all of the "upper level management" lives easier by doing whatever THEY need, they don't care if it makes your life more difficult. I cannot believe how unethical this company is. No room for advancement.....
