Pros

Sometimes, there are doughnuts. Sometimes.

Cons

There could be hope for Hope Health Systems, Inc. if its employees were shown gratitude and appreciation for the amount of work they put into the company and its clients and if there was adequate training in all of the company's departments. Typically, therapists, doctors, and administrative staff come to work with the best of intentions; therapists and doctors armed with knowledge and ready to attack the day by resolving to guide patients in slaying their own mental demons and administrative staff doing their very best to ensure that the therapists and doctors are able to do just that with only the tools they were given by their superiors, rusted and ineffective. Employees learn that the only way to remain a constant at the company is by undermining and belittling their co-workers and subordinates, not because they deserve it, but because some employees cannot handle the weight of their own titles. In other words, someone's light has to be dimmed so that someone else’s dim light can shine brighter. It's only right. This behavior starts at the top, no less, and it becomes increasingly apparent that some of “the powers that be” would rather be doing something else than working at their own company. So, how do they cope? They stand up and assume the position of fearless leaders (shaking on the inside), then berate employees behind closed doors for not living up to the expectations that were never communicated to them, possibly because they can't define those expectations themselves. Yikes! At the end of the day, employees leave unsatisfied, over-worked, tired, hungry, confused, angry, and full of doubt. They end up hating their jobs and most importantly, they end up hating themselves. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, JEHOVAH, YAHWEH, BUDDHA, SIDDARTHA, KRISHNA, ZEUS, HERA, ATHENA, APHRODITE, POSEIDON, THE UNIVERSE, WHATEVER DEITY, ENTITY, SPIRIT, SPIRIT ANIMAL, OR FAITH YOU BELIEVE IN… DO. NOT. WORK. HERE!

Pros

NONE - NONE AT ALL!

Cons

DON'T DO IT- terrible schedules, unrealistic expectations, poor salary, family owned business who only care about themselves. I almost left a month in but felt badly so I stayed- BIG MISTAKE. Admin. was terrible, they did not give good direction and tried to make it seem as if I was in the wrong. The first company I have had to consult legal assistance for. Take my advice & RUN - not worth the clinical hours (b/c they don't give them to you).
