work from home with occasional rto. good thing office is near and I could manage to work there twice or three times a week
Cons
company seems to hire a lot of employees then lets go of the older ones every once in a while, except for those in senior positions. always have mass layoffs which became a regular occurrence. doesnt pay interns and will not give new hires proper training before having them join a project
