      Perfect for a first time agent just getting into the business. The amount of training and willingness to help is top tier. Great environment to learn and grow.

      Pros

      I love the ability to work around my own schedule. I am my own business owner in the Real Estate world but at Homeway we are a team. I feel comfortable knowing that I have friends and team members here that are always willing and available to help.

      Cons

      Although you are on a team you are your own person, understand no one will do the work for you. You are given all the tools are resources but it is up to you to make it happen.
