Pros
This is a family owned business and it operates like one. Everyone knows everyone and people are extremely friendly. If you are good at your job, perform well, and work well with everyone you’ll have a lot of friends and great relationships. They do promote from within if you earn it.
Cons
He environment is fast paced, some people that get hired, get left behind. This isn’t really a con, they just require people that can handle the influx of work when it rains. When it doesn’t rain it can be a little slower.
