      Good company for freshers to start their career

      Cons

      1- company is putting un necessary of pressure on their employees 2- Since starting of company, they are hiring at the same package 3- Very poor increment 4- No work Life balance in the company 5- Very Poor man management skills of RGM ( Ahmedabad)

      They provide a good package to freshers. One can easily communicate with higher authority.

      Cons

      Unorganized work culture. No growth for customer service and operation profile. No stability for job location. Lot of job pressure. Imbalance of personal and work life. Sometimes you don't get a holiday on sunday's and govt. leaves. You have to almost work for 11-12 hrs on daily basis. Your growth in this company is possible if you have good B.M. Very poor increment.

      Pros

      No Perks at all, just blindly work in the company. Uninformative transfers from one state to other state. No login logout system. CContactable senior management.

      Cons

      High pressure on targes and company Encourages you as a part of family and they don't pay up to the mark to their so called family members . You will die working for the company all the days Fake promises . Ask the people to convince the customers with their stupid strategies and over high ROI. Even higher management people are leaving the company due to no encouragement and no property pay. Lots of politics.
