      Great work environment, pay and benefits.

      Cons

      The training is terrible across the board. I’ve see numerous people in different positions struggle. Reporting things to upper management is a waste of time. Too much back stabbing and people looking out for themselves. Lack of comradery.

      Pros

      After proven oneself for a period of time, the real learning opportunity and growth will start. Very nice group of people with strong team spirit in aviation sectors.

      Cons

      Lack of mid-layer management. When senior group manages the super young there are less quality control, it’s more about get through the finish line. Start-up mentality but not able to withstand rapid expansion in company size. Reporting system is not clear, not sure if one gets evaluated properly.
