Pros
The work environment is alright as you are in a fitness environment where people are active and full of energy. You also get to meet many people of different backgrounds and this allows you to expand your network.
Cons
The company keeps telling you about values they don't pursue themselves. They say they promote from within but often make poor choices. The company also does not see business in long term as it should. The group only has a reactive approach to any challenges and has not been able to tackle the problem of growing competition of low cost gyms around them.
