When I first started in the HQ office, no one bothered to introduce me to my coworkers. It is creepy quiet in that office as if everyone hates each other. You could hear a pin drop. There is an elitist vibe everyone is trying to exude in the office and restaurants. If you don't look a certain way you won't get hired here. There is very little to none in diversity department. CEO walks around the office without saying as much as a "hello" to anyone. I've never heard him speak. No company culture besides a birthday celebration every month *rolls eyes*. They are growing and definitely lots of things to learns. Forget about work-life balance there is none here to speak of.
