      such a big company, so much unprofessionalism

      Pros

      Welcoming environment, many benefits that are comparable to giant multinational companies, good salary compared to the offers I had t this time period.

      Cons

      Still hasn't find the preferable "still" of working and yet no unified working culture in the company. Lack of experience and communication with the employees, unprofessionalism to all levels of communication within the working stuff. It is a growing company with huge prospectives, but unfortunately the working stuff is not qualified for these changes.
